We will give you Casual Tea Ceremony in your house or Party room in Tokyo area. Only ceremony will be about 1 hours (Party will be 2-3 houres).
We will teach you how to drink Green Tea and explain little bit about tea ceremony in a party.

Delivery Area:

  • Less than 1 hour from JR Shinagawa Station by rocal train.

(if you wish to come by express or use bus etc and it cost us extra, please pay for it.)

What you need to prepare:

  • a Kettle, water, small soup bowls to drink a tea for each person
  • A place like a kitchen in order to heat a kettle of water to make tea.
  • Decide how many people to entry a week before you want to hold a Party.
  • Yukata (if you or your friends/family want to wear, we will put it on for free.)
    • We can rent you only female Yukata for a party (maximum 4 ladies. we don't have kids-size, sorry) for free.

If you want to wear Yukata, please prepare:
Female: Yukata, Hanhaba-Obi or Heko-Obi, 2-3 Face Towels, 2-3 Himo(Strings), (Obi-Ita, if you have), put tank-top on under Yukata.
Male: Yukata, Kaku-Obi or Heko-Obi, put T-shirt on under Yukata.

How to get this service:

  • Email to me (to: hanakai@hotmail.com) with the following informations 2 weeks before the date at the latest.
    • The date and time you want to hold the casual tea party.
    • The number of the participants (we will prepare the tea and sweets)
    • Place(address and station)
    • Your contactable email adress and phone number.
  • Entry minimum 3 persons maxuimum about 20 persons (please ask me).
  • Fee: ￥2,000/1person (including Green Tea, Small Japanese Sweets, To put Yukata on if you wish)
    • Please pay the fee when we meet.
    • If you want to cancell your entry, please let me know a week before the date by e-mail or call me.
  • If you want to wear Yukata, please tell me how many persons to wear.(I will arrange the time schedule for it)
  • Please let me know, if you want to rent Female Yukata.

How to entry/cancell Rules:

  • You must send an entry email 2 weeks before the day at the latest.
  • I will reply to your entry email, and tell you my availability.
  • I will send you a reminder e-mail a week before the date, and I will give you my cellphone number and e-mail address.
    • If you want to cancell your entry, please send email to my cellphone e-mail address or call me a week before the day at latest. (I will give you my cellphone e-mail address and cellphone number in the reminder e-mail.)
